At KSJewelry, we take pride in our signature earrings. Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for worn earrings.
Defective Items:
• If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide a photo of the defect so we can verify the issue.
• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
Important:
• Earrings must remain unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Items reported after 24 hours of delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
